By the end of this page you can open the Activity Monitor, choose between its compact and expanded views, and narrow its live feed down to one activity type, one company, one lead or one date range.

Opened from the header icon rather than the sidebar. If you cannot find this in your sidebar, your workspace may have a custom menu configuration. Contact support and we will check it for you.

Before you begin

  • A workspace has to be open. The page renders nothing at all until one is selected.
  • A desktop-width window, if you want the header icon. It is dropped on narrow windows; the page itself still works at any width.

Steps

1

Open the Activity Monitor

Click the Activity Monitor icon in the header, to the left of the notifications bell. It appears on every screen once a workspace is open, but only while the window is wide enough. Narrow the browser and the icon disappears. An agent’s own dashboard also links here: Open full activity monitor, at the bottom of that agent’s recent-activity card, leaves the agent behind and opens this workspace-wide feed. See Reading the agent dashboard.
2

Choose compact or expanded view

Two icon buttons switch the feed between Compact view and Expanded view. The choice is remembered in your browser, so the feed reopens in whichever one you used last; a browser that has never been here opens in expanded.Expanded gives every row its own detail line under the title. Compact drops that detail and fits the rest on one line; the only piece of it compact keeps is the match-score ring on a company row.Rows are grouped by when they happened, under headings that read Just Now, Minutes Ago, Earlier Today, Yesterday, and then one per calendar day.
3

Read the stats bar

Four cards above the feed count Total Activities, Emails Sent, Leads Found and Replies. They follow the company, lead and date filters, but not the activity-type filter. Switching every type off but one leaves all four cards exactly where they were. Emails Sent and Replies each count a single email activity type, so a LinkedIn message or a LinkedIn reply lands in the feed and in Total Activities, but in neither of those two cards.
4

Filter by activity type

All activity types opens a panel with four groups: Email, LinkedIn, Pipeline and System. Sixteen types spread across them. Check or uncheck a whole group from its header checkbox, or pick individual types underneath it. Select All and Deselect All, at the top of the panel, act on all four groups at once.Once at least one type is filtered out, the button stops saying All activity types and starts counting the types that are still on, and a Clear control appears next to it, outside the panel, not in it.
Deselect All unticks every box but does not empty the feed: with nothing selected the feed falls back to showing every type. To actually narrow the feed, leave at least one type ticked.
The panel does not cover everything the product records. Web form submissions, WhatsApp replies and meeting-link events are logged and do show up in the feed, but they have no checkbox here and their badge reads the raw type name rather than a friendly one.
5

Filter by company, lead or date

Filter by company narrows the feed to everything tied to one company, and the field beside it does the same for one lead. Both of those placeholders are English on every language setting. The date control beside them reads Last 7 days when the page opens, but nothing is date-filtered until you actually pick a range: the first load returns the whole history, newest first. Type, company, lead and date all combine into one query.
6

Read what a row is telling you

Every row carries an avatar, its type icon and badge, and a relative timestamp. Clicking a row opens the lead it belongs to, or the company when the activity has no lead; a LinkedIn Error row opens the LinkedIn accounts page instead. Rows that point at neither (Sender Error, Sender Ready, LinkedIn Reply) are not clickable. In expanded view each row adds its own detail:
  • Company Analyzed and Company Discarded show the company’s match score as a small ring beside the title, where it came from, and a one-line description. This is the same score explained on the Companies list.
  • Reply Received shows the subject and the opening of the reply, plus a second ring labelled “interest”. That one is the reply score, the number used to filter positive replies in your inbox.
  • Email Sent shows the subject, the opening line, and the addresses it went from and to.
  • Website Visit shows the visitor’s city and country, the page they landed on and the IP it was resolved from.
  • Sender Error shows the mailbox’s own error message. Sender Ready shows the daily sending limit the mailbox came back with.

What happens next

The feed shows only activity matching your type, company, lead and date filters, in whichever view, compact or expanded, you last chose.
The feed keeps checking for new activity on its own and slots new rows in at the top with a brief highlight, so you do not have to refresh. Checking pauses the moment your pointer is over the feed, so a row does not shift out from under you while you are reading it, and starts again when you move away. Older history is one Load older activity click away rather than an infinite scroll.

Troubleshooting

Two different situations produce the same words. With no type, company or lead filter set, a workspace with nothing logged shows a full-screen No activity yet page with no stats bar and no filters. With one of those filters set, the page keeps its header, stats bar and filters and shows the same message inside the feed card.A date range is the exception: it does not count towards that distinction. Pick a range with nothing in it and the page drops to the full-screen state, as if the workspace had never done anything at all. Reload, or widen the range from the date control, to get the feed back.
New rows arrive only relative to the row already at the top, so a feed that was empty when you opened it stays empty until you reload the page or change a filter, even if the workspace has been busy since. Checking also stops while your pointer is resting on the feed; move it away to let the next batch land.
If an agent looks silent everywhere, not just in this feed, the cause is almost always upstream of the Activity Monitor itself: no sending channel connected, outreach paused, or a sender in error. See No sending channel connected.
That is expected, not a bug. The four group headings (Email, LinkedIn, Pipeline, System), every activity type name, the two company and lead filter placeholders, and the day headings in the feed are all fixed English strings with no translations, so they stay in English whatever the rest of the interface is set to.

No sending channel connected

Work through the causes in order when an agent stops sending: no channel, outreach paused, a sender in error, a limit of zero, a resting day.
