Agent metrics

The six cards under Agent Metrics all count over the date range picked at the top of the Dashboard. Five of them count leads, not messages. Revenue Generated is the exception: it adds up amounts. Positive and Real Responses are two different narrowings of Total Responses, not two steps of one funnel. A reply can score 60 or higher and still be automatic, or be typed by hand and still score under 60, so Positive plus Real does not add up to Total. Each of the three also carries a caption for the share of your contacted leads it represents; the denominator is the leads you sent to in the same range. Positive Responses is the only one of the six with a button. View in inbox opens the inbox with its reply-score filter already set to 60: the same threshold the card counts against. Sales Generated and Revenue Generated are the two cards with an info icon, and neither is inferred from a reply, a booked meeting or anything else the product tracks. A lead counts on either card only once its stage is Converted, whether you move it there or a workflow block does. Moving a lead to the Converted stage yourself opens a Set Conversion Value dialog asking whether you want to record a value for the conversion: type an amount and Save, or Skip and the lead still counts toward Sales Generated with nothing added to Revenue Generated. The stage change is saved before the dialog opens, so skipping it does not undo the move. The amount box and the Revenue Generated card both show a dollar sign, whatever currency you actually invoice in; the figure is the amounts you typed, added up. See Lead stages and the funnel view for the places that dialog opens from.
Both cards read the lead’s stage as it is now, not as it was. Move a converted lead on to Closed and it drops out of Sales Generated (and its value out of Revenue Generated) for the past date range too.

The funnel and untouched leads

Conversion Funnel draws four of the six lead stages in order: Contacted, Opportunity, Meeting Scheduled, Converted. Under each one sits its count and a percentage. That percentage is the stage’s share of the total leads figure in the chip at the top of the card, and that total covers every stage, including the untouched and closed leads the funnel does not draw. So unless you have none of either, the four percentages do not add up to 100%. Between the stages sit three arrows, each showing the conversion rate from the stage on its left. Contacted has no arrow, because nothing precedes it. Opportunity is a stage a lead sits in. Positive Responses counts the leads whose reply scored high in a date range. The two do not track each other. A lead moves to Opportunity on its own when a reply a person wrote scores well enough, but the cut-off for that move sits below the one Positive Responses counts against, so a lead can land in the stage on a reply that card never counts. You can also move a lead there yourself. The Opportunities card on the Campaigns Report below counts leads reaching that same stage, however they got there. Pending to Contact, the card beside the funnel, counts the untouched leads the funnel leaves out. It shows the untouched count in a ring, the share of that same total it represents, and two figures underneath: Total leads, and a Contacted figure that is the total minus the untouched ones. That Contacted figure is not the funnel’s Contacted stage. A lead sitting in Meeting Scheduled counts in the card and not in the stage.
Unlike the six cards above, the funnel and the Pending to Contact card are not limited by the date range picker at the top of the Dashboard. They always show where your leads stand right now. Switching to Last 7 days or Last 30 days changes the Agent Metrics band and leaves this one exactly as it was.

Campaigns Report metrics

The Campaigns Report is a separate screen with its own availability, and it isn’t in the sidebar: open it from the Analytics button on the Dashboard, then Campaigns Report in the menu that opens. See Generate the Campaigns Report for the full walkthrough. The report is empty until you generate one. Once you do, eight cards sit at the top of it, in the order below. Every label and every definition here is hardcoded English in the product today, so you see these exact words on a Spanish workspace too. Each definition above is the exact text the card’s own tooltip shows when you hover its info icon. This page just collects them in one place. Read the denominators. Every rate on this report is a share of the messages you sent, as each tooltip says. The Dashboard’s response cards are shares of leads. The two will not agree, and neither is wrong.
