The order wizard for PipeLime managed infrastructure, inside the Add senders overlay. Needs the managed-infrastructure flag and is hidden entirely for partner-branded tenants. The fulfilled result is the Domains page. If you cannot find this in your sidebar, your workspace may have a custom menu configuration. Contact support and we will check it for you.

Open the order wizard

Go to , open Add senders, then pick Done-for-you infrastructure: Add senders covers the other two cards on that panel. The wizard opens on an intro screen about what the managed offering covers; Choose my domains starts the order.

Add your sending domains

Type a domain and press Enter, or click Add. The row reads Checking… while the lookup runs, then settles on one of four states: Available, with its yearly price beside it; Taken, meaning someone has already registered that name; Not supported, meaning we don’t register that extension; or Couldn’t check with a retry button, when the lookup itself failed. Your own main domain is refused outright: keeping cold outreach off it is the whole point of ordering these. Taken and Not supported rows carry a Remove button.The moment the step opens we check a batch of common cold-email shapes built from the first part of your main domain (get… and try…, …hq and …sales and the like, plus the same name on .io and .co), and any that come back free appear as chips under the field. Clicking one adds it already confirmed as Available, with no second lookup. Suggest domains with AI asks for a fresh batch, reading your workspace’s name and description for ideas; while there are chips on screen that same button reads More ideas instead.When your balance carries a set number of credits still to spend, a line above the field recommends how many domains and mailboxes that balance is worth (at the mailboxes-per-domain figure set in the next step, 4 to begin with) and counts what you have added against that target. Everything you add is listed under Your domains with a running yearly total for the available ones. Continue stays disabled until at least one domain is Available.

Create your mailboxes

Under People, type a full name and press Enter, or paste a list with one name per line. The first word of a line is the first name, whatever follows is the last name.Mailboxes per domain is what sizes the order: every available domain gets that many mailboxes, so the total is your domain count times this number rather than one mailbox per person. The stepper runs from 1 to 10, with 2 and 4 as one-click picks, and starts at 4: the figure the wizard calls healthy for sending volume. With fewer people than slots, one person fills several of them with ranked variations of their own name (johndoe@, then jdoe@); with more people than slots, the roster spreads across your domains instead.The preview on the right lists every mailbox the order will create, grouped by domain, and redraws as you add people or change the count. Click any address to edit the part before the @. That edit follows the persona onto every other domain carrying the same address, so one person keeps one identity across the whole order. Continue stays disabled until at least one person is named, and until no two addresses in the preview are identical.

Review and place your order

The last step is headed Review your order. It lists every domain you are buying and the shape of the order under them, and carries Start warmup automatically, on unless you switch it off. Below that, a ledger takes Domains and Mailboxes in turn and shows what the order needs, what your credits already cover and what is left to buy. These are auto-renewing subscriptions: remove a domain or mailbox later and the quantity drops on the next cycle, not straight away.If your credits cover the order, the button reads Place my order, and that click is the whole action. If they don’t, the button takes you to payment for the shortfall only: it names the amount, and the rates behind it are at pipelime.ai/pricing. With a card on file the charge settles without leaving the app; a first purchase, or one your bank wants to confirm, opens a payment page and returns you here, and an order short on both domain and mailbox credits can do that twice, once for each. Nothing is left to click either way: the moment your balance reflects the payment, the order places itself.Placing it does not create anything on the spot. The order is queued for our team with its domain and mailbox credits reserved against it, and the panel that follows says what happens next: the domains are registered and their DNS configured, which usually takes a day or two while it propagates. If you left the toggle on, each mailbox starts warming up as soon as it is ready.

What happens next

A confirmation panel headed Payment confirmed (or Credits applied, when your credits covered everything) names your domains and the size of the order, then the wizard hands over to the status board for that order.
We register the domains, configure DNS and create the mailboxes from there. See Track provisioning and manage your domains for what each stage of that board means and what to do if one needs attention.

Troubleshooting

On the domains step, add at least one domain that came back Available: hovering the button says so. On the mailboxes step it needs at least one named person, and no two identical addresses in the preview; click one of the pair and edit it until they differ.
Taken means the name is already registered, by you or by anyone else. Pick another. Not supported means the extension itself is not one we register; try a .com, .co or .io domain instead.
The review step polls your balance until it reflects the payment and then places the order on its own, which shows as Confirming your purchase. If that takes longer than usual you get a Still syncing screen, with Keep waiting and Close for now: your setup is saved either way, so closing loses nothing. If the order itself fails to place, the error says so and the button becomes Try again, with every domain and mailbox still configured.
