Before you begin
- You need to belong to more than one workspace for there to be anything to switch to: one you own or one you were invited to both count.
- You do not need a particular role to create a workspace, and you do not have to be inside one to start.
Steps

Switch to another workspace
In the header, your current workspace sits in a block with three parts: its name, a gear, and an arrow. Choose the arrow (1). A list opens with a search box, then the workspaces you own and any you have been invited to.Choose the one you want (2). Switching only rewrites the workspace part of the address, so you land on the same page inside the new workspace: the Prospects list stays the Prospects list.
Two workspaces you belong to can carry the same name, and the list shows
both of them under that one name. The address is what tells them apart:
when a name is shared, every workspace sharing it gets its own id added to
the end of its part of the address, so the address always says which one
you are in.

Or see every workspace at once
Choose the name itself, at the left of that same block. The other two parts go elsewhere: the gear in the middle opens this workspace’s settings, and the arrow opens the switcher you just used. Workspaces at the top of the sidebar does the same as the name, and it is there for as long as you are inside a workspace.Either one opens the full list, with a card for each workspace and an Enter button on it. Enter always opens that workspace’s dashboard, unlike the quick switch above, which keeps whatever page you were on.

Start a new workspace
On that same list, choose Create Workspace (1) on the “Create a new workspace” banner at the top. The Add Company entry at the bottom of the switcher list opens the same thing.
What happens next
The header shows the new workspace’s name, and the address in your browser
carries the new workspace in place of the old one with the rest of the path
unchanged.
/senders, or /workspaces typed by hand) does not reliably reopen the workspace you were last in. Use the switcher when it matters which workspace you land in.

Without
?select=1 in the address, the app treats the visit as “get me into
a workspace” and opens one instead of showing the list: your only workspace
if you have just the one, and otherwise one it picks for you, which is not
necessarily the one you were last in. Both the header switcher and the
sidebar’s Workspaces link add ?select=1 for you; a bookmark or a typed
/workspaces does not. Add it and you get the full list.You cannot find Create Workspace

The banner is hidden when you reach the product through a partner’s own
branded address and you are not that partner’s own account.
The Add Company entry at the bottom of the workspace switcher stays where
it is, and opens the same setup.

Your role in the workspace you switched into does not allow that page, so the
app sends you to that workspace’s dashboard instead. Roles are set per
workspace, so the same account can read Prospects in one workspace and not in
