Agent Metrics
The eyebrow reads Performance. Six cards sit under it: Total Responses, Positive Responses, Real Responses, Meetings Scheduled, Sales Generated and Revenue Generated. They cover the date range you picked. Every card carries a trend badge: the percent change against a window of the same length ending immediately before your range, green with an arrow up, red with an arrow down, or grey with no arrow when the number did not move. Hover it for Versus previous period. Two edges are worth knowing: if the previous window was zero and this one is not, the badge always reads 100%, and if both were zero it reads a flat 0%. Total Responses, Positive Responses and Real Responses each add a caption for what share of contacted leads they represent. Meetings Scheduled says Booked in selected period. Positive Responses is the only card with a button: View in inbox opens the inbox already filtered to replies scored 60 or higher, the same threshold the card itself counts against. Sales Generated and Revenue Generated each carry an info icon instead: sales are counted only when you manually move a lead to the Converted stage, and revenue is the deal value you type in every time you do. Neither is inferred from anything else the product tracks. Below the cards, Daily Performance plots the same six metrics day by day over the range, with revenue on its own axis on the right because it is not measured in the same units as the rest. Click any series in the legend to show or hide it. When the range holds no activity (no days returned at all, or every value on every series zero), the chart is replaced by No activity in the selected period rather than empty axes.Lead Metrics
The eyebrow changes to Pipeline, and this band ignores the date range entirely. It is the state of your whole pipeline as it stands now. The counts do not move when you change From and To. Conversion Funnel draws four of the six pipeline stages, in order: Contacted, Opportunity, Meeting Scheduled, Converted. Untouched and Closed are not drawn. Each stage shows its count and a percentage, with an arrow between stages carrying the conversion rate into that stage from the one before it. Read that percentage carefully. It is the stage’s share of every lead in your pipeline, untouched and closed leads included (not its share of the four stages drawn), so the four figures will not add up to 100%. The chip in the funnel’s corner counts every lead in every stage, which is the same total as Total leads on the card beside it. With no leads at all, the funnel is replaced by No leads yet. Pending to Contact is where untouched leads show up: a radial gauge with the untouched count in the middle and the share of all your leads underneath, then Total leads and Contacted splitting the pipeline in two, and a View pipeline button that opens in its funnel view. Once nothing is left untouched, Pending to Contact swaps that caption for You’re all caught up, telling you every lead has been contacted. The date range
The button above both bands opens a menu of six presets: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month. It then shows whichever one you picked. From and To next to it take anything else, and the button reads Custom Range when your dates match no preset. The page opens on Last 7 days. The range drives Agent Metrics only: the six cards, their trend badges and Daily Performance. Lead Metrics is not filtered by it. Set From and To further apart than the picker likes and both fields turn red and Maximum date range is 30 days appears under From. Read it as a warning, not a limit: the dashboard reloads with the range you picked anyway. No preset can trip it. Even the widest one, a whole long month, comes in under the line. The four reports
Next to the picker, Analytics opens a menu of the four reports this section covers: Campaigns Report, Senders Health, and Engagement Report and Clicks Report. The reports were taken out of the sidebar and none of them has an entry there any more, so this menu is where they went. It is the only place all four are listed together. Individual reports are still linked from the screens they are about. The menu lists all four reports to everyone, but each report route checks a
permission of its own, and so do this page’s other buttons: View in inbox,
View pipeline and Start New Lead Search. Pick one your role cannot open
and you land back on the Dashboard with no message. If a report or a link keeps
bouncing you here, it is your role, not a bug.
