What a card shows
Cards are sorted newest first. Each one leads with the workspace’s logo and name, then up to two small badges: Owner when you’re the one who created it, and Admin when your role inside that specific workspace is admin. The two are independent: role and membership belong to the workspace, not to your account, so a card can carry both badges, one, or neither. Under the name sits the workspace’s website, or No website when nobody has set one. Along the right of the card, before Enter, one circle per member: never more than five, with any beyond that counted in a +N. With more than one workspace on your account, a search box sits above the cards and filters them by name as you type; with only one, there is nothing to search, so it isn’t there. The badges (1) are the only signal on this screen for what you built versus what you were only added to. The search box (2) only earns its place once there is something to search for.Create a new workspace
A banner above the cards starts a new one, through the same setup wizard Create your workspace from your website walks through. It’s there for anyone looking at this grid, with one exception: on a partner’s branded domain it shows only for the partner’s own account, not for the people using that partner’s branded product.Edit and delete
Every card carries the same small menu behind the icon beside Enter, regardless of whether the badges say you own that workspace or not. Edit (1) opens that workspace’s . If your role there cannot open that tab, it opens the first settings tab it can instead. Delete (2) asks Are you sure you want to delete?, names the workspace, and warns that deleting it loses everything attached. Only after you confirm does it call the delete action. That action can fail: if your role can’t delete workspaces, you get an error message back instead of the card disappearing, because this menu doesn’t hide either option for a role that can’t use it.Related
