A lead’s own page is a header plus a three-column grid of cards, not tabs. It opens when you click a lead’s name, from the Prospects list or the funnel board, and has no sidebar entry of its own.

Read access to Prospects read-leads. Admin, Member and Viewer have it by default.
To create or change
create-leads to add one, update-leads to change one, on top of the permission above.
If you cannot find this in your sidebar, your workspace may have a custom menu configuration. Contact support and we will check it for you.

Header actions

The header is the same for every lead. The toolbar on its right is not the same for every person: each control except the PDF export is removed, not greyed out, for a role without update-leads. A Viewer therefore gets a toolbar with one icon in it and nothing saying what is missing. Push to CRM is there whether or not you have connected anything: with no CRM integration the menu says No CRM Connected and offers Add CRM Integration. Pushing itself needs an email address on the lead, except for the notification-style targets (Slack, a webhook), which deliver a message rather than creating a contact record and go through without one. One pair of names is easy to mix up. The header’s automation toggle and the Automations card lower down share a word but not a job: the toggle pauses this lead’s outreach (see Automation toggle, closing and reopening leads) while the card lists the lead’s workflow enrollments and pauses nothing.

Cards

The grid has three columns on a normal-width screen and stacks into one on a narrow one. Most cards decide for themselves whether to render at all.

Left column

Middle column

Right column

The phone section (1) carries its own Get Phone control, priced in credits and charged only if a number comes back. It’s covered in full on Get a phone number for a lead.
Treat the addresses, phone numbers and links on this card as a record of what was found, not as fields to correct. Typing over one of them looks like it worked and does not survive a reload. The change is kept on screen but never saved. To change a lead’s contact details, change them in the source you imported from and import again.

What decides whether a card appears

Six cards are always there

Contact Information, Location, Custom fields, Notes, Tags and Activity render for every lead. With nothing in them they show empty rows or a short line of text: Custom fields says nothing has been collected yet, Activity shows its own empty state.

The rest return nothing at all

A card whose condition is not met is not in the grid: no heading, no empty box, no note explaining the absence. That is what makes two leads’ pages look like different screens. Two of the conditional cards do show a message once they render, each with a button beside it: Messages says there are no messages yet and offers New Message, and Automations says the lead is in no automation yet and offers Enroll.

The channel cards need two separate things

LinkedIn, WhatsApp and MercadoLibre each check the channel first and the lead second. Both halves have to hold; losing either hides the card completely.

Automations follows the sidebar

The Automations card and the Workflows entry in the sidebar are behind the same switch. If Workflows is not in your menu, the card is not on your leads either, and there is nothing in the workspace settings that turns it on.
Inside that card, Enroll and the cancel control on a running enrollment carry no permission check of their own, unlike the rest of the header toolbar, Add field, + Add Email, + Add Phone Number, + Add Link and Get Phone, which all disappear without update-leads.

Get a phone number for a lead

The Get Phone button, what it costs, when you are charged and the three answers it can come back with.

Custom fields and collected data

Add your own fields to a lead, use them as merge tags, or let an AI conversation fill them in.

Automation toggle, closing and reopening leads

Pause the AI on one lead or a whole company, close a lead by hand, and understand why a lead closed on its own.
