When you finish, your workspace’s name, description, language, timezone and target industries are current, and every message your agents generate is written from them.

Update access to Company Settings update-companies. Admin have it by default.
If you cannot find this in your sidebar, your workspace may have a custom menu configuration. Contact support and we will check it for you.

Before you begin

  • Nothing. This is the screen the rest of the product reads from, so it is the one to fill in first.

Steps

1

Open Company Settings

Go to . The settings sidebar sits on the left, carrying the workspace logo and the rest of the tabs; the form on the right, titled Company Settings again, is what this page covers.
2

Set the name and website

Type your workspace’s name into Company Name. It is the only required field on this tab.
Company Name also decides your workspace’s web address. Rename it and saving takes you to a new address, still on this same screen. Bookmarks pointing at the old one stop working.
Company Website is the one web address this screen manages, and the only link of any kind it manages. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter and Pinterest addresses, and the workspace’s postal location, are collected once by the onboarding wizard and have no edit control here.
Company Website can change an address the workspace already has. It cannot add one. On a workspace that finished onboarding without a website, typing one here and saving stores nothing: the rest of the form saves, the address does not, and no message says so. Clearing the field does not remove an existing address either.
3

Write the description

Company Description is plain text, and it is read in two places. Your workspace’s name, language and description go into the context block behind the emails, LinkedIn messages and WhatsApp messages your agents generate. The description is also part of the profile every newly found company is scored against for fit, and a description that is too short switches that scoring off: companies come back with no Match score at all.The translate control beside the label rewrites what is in the field into a language you pick from its menu, and puts the result straight back in the field. It is part of the form, so nothing is stored until you save.
4

Set the language

Language is a fallback, not a rule. Your agents write in the lead’s own language whenever they can work one out, from the lead’s record, the lead’s country, or the lead’s company’s country. Language is what they use for a lead where none of that is known. To make it a rule instead, set a priority list under Outreach languages on . With a list set, agents never write outside it, and Language becomes the fallback for a lead whose own language is not on the list. If Language is not itself on that list, the top entry on the list is used instead.
5

Set the timezone

Timezone is copied from the timezone of whoever created the workspace, so it is usually already right. Change it if your team sits somewhere else. It is used whenever a workflow schedules something for a specific hour.
6

Add target industries

Target Industries is a free-form chip list: the industries you sell to, not the one you are in. It filters nothing by itself. It is read in two places later. It goes into the same profile every found company is scored against, and it is one of the inputs when the product proposes targeting for a new lead source.
7

Upload a logo and save

Click the round logo at the top of the settings sidebar, labelled Upload a new image on hover, and pick a PNG, JPEG or GIF. The logo uploads the moment you pick the file, with no Save step of its own.Everything else needs Save.

What happens next

A toast reads “Company information updated”, and you land back on this screen at the workspace’s current address.
The next message an agent writes is built from the new profile. Anything already written or sent stays exactly as it was.

Troubleshooting

The workspace has no stored web address yet, and this screen can only change one that already exists. The other fields on the form save normally, the address is dropped, and no error appears. What you will notice instead is Save going grey immediately afterwards, because the failure is recorded against the form. Editing any field re-enables it. Contact support if the address needs to be stored.
Two causes. Company Name is empty, which is the only validation rule on this tab and shows no message of its own. Or the last save failed, in which case the button stays disabled until you change something. In both cases, typing in any field re-enables it.
That is the default. Language here is only the fallback for a lead whose own language cannot be worked out; anything the product knows about the lead wins over it. If your agents must stay inside a fixed set of languages, set that set under Outreach languages on . Until you do, this field constrains nothing.

Email Prompts (personality templates)

Reusable behaviour and tone presets that copy into an agent: editing one later never changes an agent that already used it.
