Anyone with the link. No PipeLime account needed.
A booking link anyone can create without an account, managed by a token link.

Before you begin

  • Your company’s website, on a domain that resolves publicly. The tool checks it before it sends you to Google, and bounces you back to the tool with an error if it cannot reach it.
  • A Google account for the address you want booking notifications to go to. Signing in with it is how the tool checks that you actually own that inbox, and it is the only Google account that can later connect a calendar to this link.

Steps

1

Enter your website and continue with Google

The tool asks for one field, Company website, then a single Continue with Google button. There’s no password and no plan to pick: signing in with Google is what proves the inbox is yours, and granting calendar access on Google’s own consent screen is a separate, optional step, not a requirement to get a link at all.
2

Your link goes live immediately

You land straight on your new manage page with a starter link already working: a name, a duration and Monday-to-Friday hours are filled in for you, so it’s never a blank form. Those hours are already in force, not merely typed into the form: a link nobody has saved yet offers invitees exactly those days. Your company name starts as the first part of the domain you typed, and a background scrape of that website replaces it and adds your logo when it finishes.
3

Rename it and set the basics

Everything editable lives in the Booking settings panel, on the left and always open. Meeting name and Duration (minutes) are both required. Duration is a number of minutes, and the form rejects anything below its minimum or above its maximum, telling you what that limit is. Renaming the meeting never changes your booking URL, so a link you have already shared keeps working. Company name is shown on your booking page next to your logo, and arrives holding the name the scrape found: type over it to replace that name, or clear the field to leave the current one alone. Save changes applies all of it at once.
4

Set your weekly hours

Below the basics, Availability timezone is the zone your own hours are read in, not the zone an invitee sees: their booking page opens in their own timezone and converts your slots into it. Weekly hours is where you turn days on or off and adjust the windows on each one; Date overrides blocks or opens single dates that don’t follow your usual week. At least one weekly day or one override needs an open hour, or saving is rejected.
5

Connect your calendar and see the full picture

The Google Calendar card sits beside your settings. Once connected it checks your real calendar for busy times and adds a Google Meet link to every invite automatically; Connect Google Calendar starts that connection, and it only accepts the Google account you signed up with. Below it, the Bookings section is where every booking made through your link shows up, split into Upcoming and Past, and an upcoming one can be canceled from its own row.

What happens next

Your booking page works from the moment it’s created: share it anywhere, and anyone can book an open slot inside your hours whether or not you’ve touched anything on this page yet.
Every new booking is emailed to you and appears in the Bookings section here; with Google Calendar connected, it also lands on your calendar with a Google Meet link attached. The page keeps a running list of what a free link can’t do, under Locked features: Email reminders, Custom questions, Round-robin & team scheduling, CRM & automations and Custom branding are each named, not hidden, with a Create your free account button below them that opens sign-up in a new tab, leaving your manage page where it is.

Troubleshooting

Your logo and your real company name come from a background scrape of the website you entered, which only starts once your link is already live, so seeing the page say it’s still fetching your logo and company details for a moment is normal. Until it lands you get a name taken from your domain instead. If that name is still there after a while, the scrape did not come back with a better one: type the one you want into Company name, which the scrape never overwrites once you have set it, and click the logo tile at the top of the page to upload your own image.
Declining calendar access on Google’s consent screen during sign-up doesn’t lose you anything permanently: your link works exactly the same without it, you just don’t get busy-time blocking or a Google Meet link on each invite yet. Connect Google Calendar on this page starts that connection whenever you’re ready. Sign in there with the Google address you signed up with: any other one is sent back to this page as a failed connect, and nothing is saved.
