The page stacks four things under a standing banner about email infrastructure: a strip that appears while managed mailboxes are being built, four counters, a collapsible sending-capacity card, and one row per mailbox. The counters read Total Senders, Active Senders, Daily Limit Capacity and Senders with Errors. They count the accounts the search currently matches, not the whole workspace. Active Senders (1) is a ratio of the accounts that are neither paused nor in error, so an account that is resting today or sitting outside its sending hours still counts. Daily Limit Capacity (2) adds up the daily limits of those same accounts, and the link under it opens the capacity card below. Above the table sit Search by email, the health-report icon, Imports, Bulk warm-up and Add senders. A row has six columns: a checkbox, Account, Daily Usage, Warm-up, Status and Actions. Account (1) holds the name, the provider logo and the address, plus small markers that explain a quiet mailbox: a Resting today chip, a dimmed moon for a closed sending window, a crossed-out calendar when there is no schedule. Daily Usage reads as sent today over that account’s daily limit, and the icon beside it opens Smart Daily Limit. Warm-up (2) is a single flame that takes its colour and its percentage from the deliverability the warm-up reports; the flame is also the control, and the rest of the cell does nothing. Status (3) is one of three chips (Active, Paused or Error) with at most one button beside it: pause, resume, or Refresh sender on an account in error. Actions holds Edit and a delete button. Tick a row and a selection bar replaces all of this for as many accounts as you pick. With no accounts connected, the banner, counters, capacity card and table are all replaced by an invitation to add one. A search that matches nothing removes the same things and leaves the same message, so clear the search before you conclude anything is missing.
