PipeLime is an AI sales agent for outbound. It finds the companies that look like your customers, researches them, and writes and sends the first message. It follows up, answers the replies and books meetings. It also identifies the companies behind anonymous visits to your website and turns them into leads. One agent does all of that on its own, sending through the accounts you have connected: its own checklist counts Sending channel connected as satisfied by an email account, a LinkedIn account or a WhatsApp account. An agent with none of them attached sends nothing, whatever else is configured. All of it sits inside a workspace, which holds its own leads, agents, email accounts and settings. The first time you sign in you go straight to onboarding, which builds that first workspace from your website. Once you have one, signing in lands you on the workspace picker. The workspace you open becomes the first segment of every address from then on, so the same screen in two workspaces has two URLs (/northwind-outbound/dashboard). The sidebar (1) groups those screens under five captions: Overview, Outreach, Leads, Communication and Integrations. Above them sits a Workspaces row that takes you back to the picker. The switcher in the header (2) swaps the workspace in the URL and keeps the screen you are on.

One agent, end to end

Open an agent and you get its own screen. It counts how many leads it found, how many it contacted, what share replied and how many meetings came out of it. Under that sit tabs for its leads, the sources feeding it, the Agent Instructions it writes from, and its settings. A Companies tab joins them once the agent has a tag. Reading that screen has a page of its own.

Your sidebar may not look like this

The list you see is usually shorter than the product. A row is missing when your role does not carry the permission behind it, or when your workspace has been given a menu of its own. Partner-branded workspaces drop a few rows again. Some surfaces this help center documents are switched off for everyone right now, so they have no sidebar entry at all: Workflows, Web Forms, Meetings, and the WhatsApp, Instagram and MercadoLibre channels. Each has its own switch, and a switch can be turned back on for one workspace at a time. Feature availability lists where each surface stands. Nothing is broken when a row is missing. Start with Why can’t I see a menu item?. This help center is one click from the app: Help, in the avatar menu at the top right.
