Where
Workspaces→New workspace
Opens automatically the first time you sign in with no workspace yet.
Before you begin
Have the address of your website to hand. You can leave offhttps://; it is added for you when you leave the field or submit it.
You never have to use the analysis. I’ll set it up manually on the first screen skips straight to the four fields and you type them yourself.
This screen is where a signed-in account with no workspace ends up: open almost
any other page and the app sends you straight back here. The Back to workspaces
link in the top right only appears once you already have a workspace, so on a
brand-new account there is nothing to go back to. Finish the wizard. If the
analysis will not run, set the workspace up manually.
Steps
1
Paste your website
Type or paste your address into the field (1), then choose Analyze my website or press . If what you typed is not a usable web address, a warning appears and nothing runs. Check it for a typo, or take the manual route (2).
2
Let the analysis read the site
The wait screen names each thing it is doing: reading your pages, extracting your brand, identifying your products, detecting your language, mapping your social profiles, finding your location, writing your profile. Those lines advance on a timer, not on real progress. The last one stays put until the result lands, so a line that stops moving does not mean anything is stuck.Underneath, the caption names the domain being read. Change website stops the run and returns you to the first screen.
3
Check what came back
The card shows your logo, the name, the domain, the language, your location and up to six of your target industries, with the description underneath. The analysis also finds your street address, a contact email, your social profiles and any industries past the sixth. All of that is saved with the workspace without being shown here. There are three ways on:
- Enter my workspace creates the workspace exactly as the card describes it.
- Customize workspace opens the same fields for editing first. It opens no field the card was not already built from, though its industries screen lists all of them rather than the first six.
- Not your company? Edit website returns to the first screen with your address still in the field.
4
Adjust the four fields
Customize workspace walks four short screens in this order: the name, the Company description, the language, and the target industries.
- The name cannot be empty.
- The description cannot be empty either. The screen says why it matters: “This is what our AI uses to write on-brand. Refine anything that isn’t quite right.” A counter under the box shows its length against the maximum. Go over it and the box turns red and Continue is refused.
- The language is a grid of chips: the common outreach languages first, the rest behind a chip that opens the full list. The order is fixed when the screen opens, so choosing one does not move it. On this screen anywhere moves you on, whether or not the field has focus.
- The target industries are free text: type one, press , repeat. This is the only optional screen and the only one with Skip for now.
5
Create the workspace
Create workspace on the last screen, or Enter my workspace on the card, does the same thing, because the four screens only edit fields the card was already carrying. The logo, the website and social links, the street address and the contact email are saved separately afterwards. Each is saved on its own. If one of them fails it is skipped, and the workspace is still created.Because target industries is the last screen, Skip for now there creates the workspace rather than moving you on.
What happens next
You land on the page of the new workspace, not the dashboard, and your first agent is already being built.
Troubleshooting
This is taking longer than expected
This is taking longer than expected
Some sites take longer to read than others. The panel appears under the ticker, which keeps running, and so does the analysis. It gives you up to three ways out.
- Keep waiting (1) closes the panel and does nothing else. Nothing was interrupted, so there is nothing to restart. If the analysis lands you move on to the card on your own.
- Continue manually (2) abandons the analysis and puts you on the first of the four fields.
- Back to workspaces (3) leaves the wizard. It only appears if you already have a workspace.
We couldn't analyze that website. Let's set it up manually.

A failed analysis is never a dead end. The warning appears and the wizard puts you on the first of the four fields with the address you typed still held, so nothing you have entered is lost. Fill in the name and description yourself and carry on.To try the analysis again instead, choose Back from that first field: with no result to return to, it takes you to the website screen.
No language is highlighted on the language screen
No language is highlighted on the language screen
This is what you see when you set the workspace up manually. Matching your site to one of the languages in the list is something the analysis does; without it the screen opens with nothing selected, even though the workspace would be created in English. Choose your language explicitly before you go on.
