Open Email Accounts

Go to . The page lists the mailboxes this workspace already sends from.

Open the fleet timeline

The Sending capacity timeline card sits above the account table, under the KPI tiles. It starts collapsed; click its header to open it. Your browser remembers that it is open, so on your next visit it is already expanded. The Daily Limit Capacity tile is the other way in: the link under it, asking why your sending limit is that number, opens this card and scrolls to it.Four preset buttons set the date range: −7d / +21d, −14d / +14d, −30d / +60d, and Full ramp-up. The card always opens on −30d / +60d. The preset is not remembered, so collapsing and reopening the card puts you back on it.

Read the chart and the narrative

The Actual sent columns are the campaign messages that really went out from those accounts; warm-up traffic is not counted. They exist for past days and today only. The line through them is Projected capacity, drawn solid up to today. From today onward the same projection continues as a lighter dashed line labeled Forecast, so today carries both. An unlabeled vertical line marks today.The narrative above the chart reads the same numbers back in two paragraphs. The first names how many accounts the fleet holds, what they are projected to send today, how much that grows over the next 30 days, and the date the fleet reaches full capacity when there is one. If the projection for today is zero instead, it says the fleet is not sending yet and gives the growth figure alone. It always closes by explaining that daily limits are randomized per account on purpose, so day-to-day capacity moves even when nothing is wrong.The second paragraph names the mix right now: how many accounts are ramping, at full capacity, in quarantine and in manual mode, and how many leave quarantine inside the range. Where the range covers at least three past-or-today days whose projected capacity is above zero (the default range always does), it then compares what actually sent against what was projected over those days: 85% or more of projected volume reads as healthy, 60% up to that reads as on track, and anything under 60% reads as below expected.
Below expected does not mean something is broken. A run of resting days, a holiday, or a gap in the sending schedule all pull real sends under projected capacity without anything being wrong with the account.

Read the four summary tiles

All four cover every email account in this workspace, not the rows your filters left on screen, and paused accounts count too, so these figures can sit above the Daily Limit Capacity tile, which skips paused and errored accounts.Capacity today and Capacity in 30 days are the projected totals on those two days, read off the range you are looking at. That means Capacity in 30 days reads 0 on −7d / +21d and −14d / +14d, which both stop short of that day, and the growth figure in the narrative comes from the same place.Fleet full on (or Fleet reached full on, once that date has passed) is the latest date any qualifying account is projected to hit its full number. An account only qualifies if it has a warm-up provider linked and Smart Limit switched on; when none qualifies, the tile reads a dash.Leaving quarantine counts accounts whose quarantine ends between today and the end of the range. Days before today never count, however far back the range starts. Unlike the tile beside it, this one does not care whether the account has a warm-up linked.

Open one account's timeline

From the account table, click the lightning icon in the Daily Usage column to open Smart Limit Status, then choose View capacity timeline at the bottom of that panel.Hover anywhere over the plot and the tooltip for that day opens: the date, and each of the three series on it. It does not name the day’s state. The chip in the dialog heading does that. The same four presets are here, scoped to this one account, and the dialog opens on −30d / +60d every time.

Read what's different for one account

The chip in the dialog heading names the account’s state today: Quarantined, Ramping, Full capacity, Manual mode (Smart Limit off), or Manual mode (no warmup linked). The last of these is what most accounts show, since most accounts have no warm-up provider linked at all. The narrative card underneath opens with the matching headline, No warmup linked in that case, and says what the state means for this account.The dialog carries four tiles of its own: Capacity today, Full capacity on (or Reached full capacity on), Quarantine ends (or Quarantine ended on), and Rule cap. The middle two are worked out from the account’s age alone, the same way for every account, so they show a real date even for an account that has never had a warm-up linked and whose chart never leaves manual mode. Rule cap is different: it needs an actual rule to have matched, so it reads a dash for that same account. The chart follows the same split: a pale band labeled Quarantine spans the account’s opening window wherever that window overlaps the range you are viewing, but the dashed cap line is only drawn once a rule has matched.

What happens next

You can tell whether recent sending kept pace with what was projected, and when an account (or the whole fleet) reaches full capacity, without doing any math on the daily-usage numbers yourself.
Nothing here changes a sending limit. Both views only read numbers that already exist elsewhere: what an account’s daily limit already is, and what actually sent. Closing the dialog or collapsing the card discards nothing, because neither view ever held anything of yours to save. Both reset to −30d / +60d the next time you open them.

Troubleshooting

The two panels check the same account in a different order. Smart Limit Status checks quarantine before it checks whether a warm-up provider is linked, so a brand-new account without one reads In Quarantine there. This timeline checks the warm-up link first: with no provider linked (or with warm-up switched off across the platform), every day for that account renders as Manual mode (no warmup linked), whatever its age. Both readings are correct; they are working through the same facts in a different order. See Smart Daily Limit for that panel’s own order.
This preset starts the range a week before today and ends it a week after the full-capacity date. Two things put that end date somewhere the request will not accept. If the account already reached full capacity more than a week ago, the end lands before the start. If the ramp still has a long way to run, the range can exceed the 120 days the timeline accepts in one request. Either way the request is rejected and you see Could not load timeline data instead of a chart. Switch to one of the three fixed presets, which always produce a valid range.
This compares real sends against what was projected over the same days. It reads below expected the moment a resting day, a holiday, or a gap in the sending schedule pulls the total down far enough, none of which is a fault in the account. Check Resting days, sending windows and deferrals before assuming something needs fixing.
