Starter, Growth, Scale and Enterprise: what a plan grants, what credits are for, and where to read your own numbers.
A plan sets what a workspace gets each month: credits, email recipients and team seats. Credits are what finding and enriching a lead costs.

Visible to the account owner. In a partner-branded workspace the end users never see billing; the partner manages the plan.
The plan screen is headed Choose your plan, and it drops the sidebar so the cards own the window. Three self-serve plans sit side by side (Starter, Growth and Scale), with a fourth card for Enterprise. Growth carries a Most popular badge (1), except that the plan you already hold, at the billing period you bought it on, shows Current plan in the badge’s place. Scale is the only card with a slider: the handle runs from that tier’s base credit grant up to a ceiling, and the card’s figure moves with it. Enterprise is not one of these subscriptions at all. It is marked Fully managed, its price line reads Let’s talk, and its Schedule a meeting button opens a booking link, because that tier is run by our team rather than configured by you. The Monthly / Annual toggle beside the heading rewrites every card; it opens on Annual, or on the period you are already subscribed to, and annual works out cheaper. The figures on the cards are real and this page never repeats them: read them on the screen, or at pipelime.ai/pricing. One more thing rides above the cards: with no subscription on the account and a credit allowance above zero, a chip under the subtitle calls that allowance a free trial and counts down what is left of it, which is not quite the same as being in a trial.
In a partner-branded workspace this screen never shows the ladder. It offers a Schedule a Call button instead, and the partner handles the plan.
A credit is what one found and enriched lead costs, and revealing that lead’s phone number costs more credits than finding the lead did. The Starter and Growth cards do not say “credits” at all. They state the allowance as a monthly count of enriched leads, and only Scale, whose slider you set yourself, counts in credits. Your own numbers are on the Subscription screen. Its hero (1) names your plan: with no plan on the subscription (nothing at all, or only add-ons) it reads Free plan for a small credit allowance and Custom plan for a large or uncapped one, so a workspace holding bought credits and no plan reads Custom plan while the line underneath still says you are on the free plan. With a subscription the hero also carries a status chip, what you are being billed, whether that is monthly or annual, and the renewal date; without one it offers a button through to the plan screen. Under it, the Usage this period card draws a ring for credits (labelled Leads, not credits) and one more for each of recipients, tracking, LinkedIn and WhatsApp your plan actually allows (2), each reading what has been spent this period over what is allowed, or ∞ where nothing caps it. An Add-ons card at the bottom lists any credit packs sitting on the subscription, and carries Add more credits whether or not there are any.
